MEALS:
Raleigh FASA: $40.00 for lunch throughout the week, and/or an additional $10 (combined) for dress rehearsal/final performance dinners. (Or brown bag)
Memphis FASA - Faith Fine Arts Camp: Lunches Included in tuition price. Dress rehearsal dinners $10 (two dinners total cost); otherwise, students can bring their own brown bag.
Group Deduction: 5% deduction for group enrollment.
Payments can be made in $75 minimum monthly installments if desired, however, the entire balance must be paid by June 1st for Raleigh FASA and by July 1st for Memphis FASA.
Master Class - There is no additional fee for the violin master class, however, all participants MUST be registered for a FASA event in order to attend. Go to the Welcome Page at www.anniemosesband.com/finearts for information on submitting an audition recording for the violin master class.
Private Lessons - Private lessons (voice, violin, cello, viola, percussion, guitar) are available at an additional charge is $30 for a half hour lesson and $50 for a full hour lesson. All participants MUST be FASA registrants in order to sign up for private lessons. Email lessons@anniemosesband.com to schedule a lesson and/or for more information.

Scholarships
Scholarship money is limited, and will be granted based on the criteria of financial need or achievements in a particular field of study. Those requesting a scholarship must submit the following:
1. A written request for assistance with explanation of financial need.
2. A one-page essay (3 paragraph minimum) written by the applicant outlining their goals and desires in attending FASA.
3. At least 2 personal or professional references with contact information and permission from the applicant to contact them regarding this matter.

Leona Harris Scholarship Fund:
The Annie Moses Band understands the financial situation of many families struggling to provide artistic opportunities for their children. It is our desire that no financial hardships would deter any child from attending FASA. Toward that goal we are seeking sponsors to provide scholarships for talented young artists.

Refund Policy:
Should you cancel your registration within 90 days of the event, you will receive a full refund (less $15 registration fee); within 60 days, a 50% refund; if you cancel less than 30 days before the event, no refund will be available.
